INSPECTION PROCESS
Our inspectors conduct a comprehensive
assessment of both structure and systems of the building in
question. Our inspection staff will carefully examine the
condition of the building to expose defects and provide recommendations
for repair and maintenance. We also provide guidance that
will enable the customer to anticipate and meet codes requirements
for the local jurisdiction.

INSPECTION
SCOPE
Our inspection covers all major systems
including but not limited to:
Grounds- fences, gates, porches, and decks Exterior Walls-
trim, doors, chimney, ect. Roof- roof structure, gutters,
and attic Plumbing system- supply, waste lines, etc. Heating
systems- Cooling systems- Electrical- main panel, sub panel,
etc. Interior- doors, windows, walls, floors, etc. Kitchen
and Laundry- Swimming Pool and Spa- Outbuilding- exterior
walls, roof, etc. Systems- burglar alarm, sprinkler, etc.
Fire Safety- smoke alarm, hazards, etc. |
