I received an immediate call from Mike after he received my information. He was very nice to talk to. Answered all of my questions and was able to set an appointment that worked with my schedule.
Dylan was the inspector that I worked with. He was very nice. Pleasant to me and the tenants of the house. He was very thorough and explained as he went through the process. He was true to his word. He arrived early to get a jump start inspecting the roof and exterior of the home to take photos; he even took time out of his busy weekend to accommodate us.

Mike is so knowledgeable! I trusted in everything he told us, even when it made me cry because it’s not what I wanted to hear about our potential future home! But, we needed to hear it and move forward with his expertise! He walked us through and showed us EVERYTHING! He had been a fireman and shared all safety items with us. When finished, what I really want is to move into his house where I know everything is done correctly!!
